I used the ArkOS custom firmware (2023-10-24), and used rom structure and no changes to the es_systems.cfg file so future OS updates are a breeze.  I added my superior game libraries with full menu art,  added lots of custom themes, tons of custom collections, added missing bios files, background music (can be turned off or switched out easily), I optimized certain systems , I added overlays for Vectrex.  Marvel vs. Capcom 2 (both Naomi & Dreamcast versions) has ALL characters unlocked..... I turned it in to the very best ArkOS card set for the Powkiddy RGB30!  Includes Sega Saturn, Sega Naomi, Sammy Atomiswave, Playstation, PSP, Arcade (FBNeo/MAME-2003plus), Dreamcast, Sega CD, SNES-MSU1 i.e. SNES-CD, 3DO, Megadrive-MSU, among many others as listed in detail below.
 
NOTE: The games partition (on larger card) is accessible directly in Windows on a PC for super easy game file transfers/mods/copying/pasting.

One each Powkiddy RGB30 Handheld (new yellow color) with 512 GB Sandisk (class 10) micro SD card loaded and ready to game (for TF2 slot) and ALSO a 32 GB micro SD card for the TF1 slot.  (Note: Samsung (EVO Select)) card(s) typically provided as pictured  but Sandisk brand may be depending on my stock). Uses ArkOS. 
 
Games have video previews that play too as you scroll down through the game list on each system. Awesome menu background themes loaded which can be easily switched up. Most games allow saving game play at ANY spot within the game typical. Games can be identified as "Favorites" simply. Awesome "Custom Collections" are already setup and can be modified. The Arcade Favorites collections have hundreds of the best arcade games (from the thousand+ on system). Vectrex has awesome transparent overlays that I added which are missing on most systems.  
 
I removed "ADULT only" roms typical from default setup, but I included them (for 16 different systems) with their artwork in the main roms folder (not visible on device).  So by inserting the 512 GB card into a PC, a simple copy-paste on a pc will put them all in their proper place in the rom system folders to enable/display after reboot.  The "gamelists.xml" files are already setup for them to be added.  Example of these type of games would be mame roms:  newfant.zip, galpanic, bigtwin, plgirls, etc..
 
I left about 1.8 GB free space on the micro sd card available for smooth operation.
