Shipping Policy & Refund Policy
At RetroGaming8bit, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for - please don’t hesitate to contact us today!
Shipping: All orders will be shipped out via either USPS First Class (smaller items) or USPS Priority Mail (both with tracking number) from North Carolina within 1-5 business days after order is paid for. Most orders ship next business day if ordered before 6 PM EST. Any temporary deviations to the shipping policy will be posted on the main homepage at the top within the multi-character background area.
Refunds: If there are any issues with your order do not hesitate to let me know. Within 7 calendar days of receipt of order, if you have problems you can 1) Allow me to troubleshoot issue via messages if applicable as most issues are user error not familiar with item, 2) Return item for repair and I'll return back to you, or 3) Return for refund if in like new condition. Return shipping is paid for by buyer. A tracking number will be required from you for all returns, and I will provide address upon request. No worries...
